1. Sauce Base Preparation Add one tablespoon of cooking oil to the pot . Add 3 tablespoons each of bean paste and ssamjang, then stir-fry over low heat . Add 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste and continue frying to develop the flavor .

2. Adding Liquid and Vegetables Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a boil . Slice 1/4 of a zucchini and add it to the boiling broth . Chop 1/4 of an onion and add it to the pot . Cut 1/2 block of tofu into bite-sized pieces and add them .

3. Finishing Touches Add enoki mushrooms and chopped green onions for extra texture and flavor . Stir in 0.5 tablespoon of anchovy seasoning (Dasida) to get that authentic restaurant taste . Finally, add thin slices of beef brisket and let them cook through before serving .
