Heat cooking oil in a rectangular pan . Sauté the green onions, carrots, ham, and crab meat in order . Pour the eggs over the ingredients and spread them out to form a layer, then cook .

In a bowl, mix 130g of cooked rice with 1/2 tsp of salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil .

Cut a sheet of dried seaweed in half . Spread the prepared rice on the seaweed . Place the cooked egg and filling mixture on the edge, add a strip of pickled radish, and roll tightly . Secure the end by letting the residual moisture soften the seaweed . Slice into bite-sized pieces .
