Pour in one 238ml can of pear drink, then add 1/2 tsp salt, 3T sesame oil, and 2T vinegar, which acts as a flavor booster .

Add 1.5T minced garlic, close the lid, and shake the container vigorously to dissolve the sugar and mix the marinade .

2. Meat and Vegetable Preparation

Tear 600g of thinly sliced beef by hand to maintain better texture and juiciness .

Add the beef into the sauce container one slice at a time, ensuring they don't clump together, and press down gently .

Finely chop the green onion and thinly slice the onion, then place them on top of the meat and press down so the marinade reaches them .

3. Cooking and Finishing

Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the sliced onions first until they become soft and release their flavor .

Add the beef and the remaining marinade to the pan and cook over medium heat .

Cook until the meat loses its red color and turns a savory brown .
