Thinly slice the sausages at an angle to release more flavor into the broth .

Slice the ham thinly into rectangles .

Chop the onion into thin strips .

Cut the green onions into finger-length pieces (about two knuckles long) .

2. Pot Assembly

Place the cut green onions at the bottom of the pot to prevent other ingredients from burning and to flavor the broth .

Layer the sliced ham, sausages, and onions over the green onions .

Add baked beans, soup soy sauce, sour kimchi, minced garlic, red pepper powder, cheddar cheese, soybean paste, red pepper paste, and black pepper into the pot .

3. Cooking and Finishing

Pour 500ml of water into the pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat .

Once it starts boiling, gently mix the seasonings into the broth so they dissolve evenly .

Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes for the ham and sausage flavors to infuse into the soup before tasting .

If you want to add ramen, pour an additional cup of water, bring it back to a boil, and add the ramen noodles .
